Hi, If you have just come across this blog post let me introduce myself! My Name is Katherine Elizabeth and I am an award-winning entrepreneur, business owner, millinery & events designer.

I have successfully run my own business for over 10 years in London and I now have a shop in the Iconic OXO Tower. In this time, I have picked up a lot of marketing and business tricks.

Before starting the workshop I would like to give you a couple of goal setting Tips to help you on your way!

Specific

When goal-setting, your goal must be very clear and defined

Measurable

Include dates, figures and amounts in your goal. Be specific.

Attainable

Your goal must be achievable. You should be able to accomplish it within the constraints of time, money, environment, as well as your skills. You should be pushing yourself to achieve these goals but you also do not want them to be unachievable.

Realistic

Goals should be in line with the direction that you’re heading in life.

Time-Bounded

Always set specific deadlines for the completion of your goal. Creating a target date of completion creates accountability and gives you more motivation

I hope these tips have given you food for thought and I look forward to seeing you in our goal setting workshop!
